my mistake i thought mentats was +2 in -2 char

well i updated,but the character creation screen isnt centered, it all the way at the bottom right corner so i cannot make a new one.all i can see is the str an perception options,but there numbers are set at 23 ( im guessing all are) is this a bug?

Delete your custom interface, and make sure you delete faction008.


--- Quote ---Custom interfaces has to be updated, because GUI ini formats have changed. If you want to update your mod already, you can open dats in datexplorer or similar tool and check the ini yourself. If not, wait for instructions in tools board.
