I agree, I encounter like 1 rat, before it was too much NPCs in encounters but now it's way too little.

Anaji Heucler:
I think it's usefull for beginners to stay alive. But IMO it'll be better to made number of NPCs in encounters depend on charecter's level too.

I'm finding about the same amount of enemies in my random encounters as before. Maybe I'm just lucky, or you are just unlucky. (Or for low-levels, lucky)

Gruik:
I had an encounter with 10 Floaters and Centaurs, 7 Supermutant with rocket, 1 with laser rifle, 18 ghouls, and a Redding caravan on the exit grid... Fuckin' awesome.
