random ancounters are very hard, my char is attacked at first in groups encounters (for example radscorpions and raiders - raiders start to attack me). I think that this is not bad, outdoorsman skill is more important now, and Wasteland is really dangerous. I died about 6 times in 10 minutes after this update, heh
