add quake: if i die in quake (or TF2,..), i will respawn in 5-10 seconds and i can instantly continue, if i die in fonline, i need cca 10 minutes until i get to base, erase weak and reequip => consequence
 * you cant die in many places in fonline, where every neccesary items are, if you dont like dying, dont go to PvP cities then. you have no duty, except five times per era (quests for profession). You dont get, that there are 2 zones in Fonline, one for pacifist players, one for PvP (north cities)? And i have to sadly repeat, in the north cities, there is anything to do, except few quests and PVP.
 * karma system is bad idea (heh, thats reasoning :) )
 * people dont know what to do, so they kill players.. if there would be more quests, group PvE (players attacking NPC raiders base, enclave base,...), they will have not time for as long is day staying near mines and kill everyone. this will naturaly cure the problem

 I am member of anti PK gang. We are anti PK for 4 eras. We had often guard mines so noobs had their chance to mine there, we always help nebies with basic gear, if we had opportunity,... =. This is our roleplay. If you will (miracly) cure the PK element, you will destroy our only roleplay we have.

 There were cca 40 anti PK players (before TLA start and BAN) grouped in one alliance. You can create your own, or you can join existing one. At this moment, we are not active, because we are on TLA. So except few PKs, every PvP (PK or anti PK) organized player, is not in the game, so i dont understand where do you see any problem? You want to tell us that even in those condition you are unable to survive in wasteland? Thats sad.

Thats greart that you wrote all this so i can simple add + 1 cause i TOTALY agree.

Except one thing: i'm roleplaying a raider and i attack everyone on sight =D

if your a raider then you shouldn't be aloud in any guarded towns without being shot on sight then.

 If you are raider, you are harmless in guarded city (99 percent cases).

 Problem with your seggested karma system is that one player could have many alts.. u could know it, but you could not dot anything, because of karma.

 In no pay per play game you can not limit number of alts. So this way of karma will cure everthing can not worl, not because of how Karma system is stupid or briliant, but because other things.

 Devs want to introduce NPC driven factions: i believe they can do something like NCR patrol or whatever and they will try to punish pk in mearly places.

my 2 cents: change thievery so you are -always- detected, but cannot be shot unless guards detect you. this way, at least this removes some of the MASS CONFUSION that happens at vendors in cities during busy times. Yes not just NCR can be plagued by thieves.

although, tbh, playing thief is very hard and aside from exploit leveling thieves *cough* i believe they have earned the right to take ur shit, if they really leveled a 1-4 endo character to 21. it is easy enough to avoid anyway.

the reality is that now how do pk now there is everything to gain and not lose anything.
There is no penalty and serious consequences of those trapped the road of the outlaws or thief.
I support the freedom to do pk. This is because the server would be animated, crossing the creation of clashes between good and bad. I do not lament the existence of pk or full loot.
Nor I lament the cooldown to get resources. I think rightly so, in a post-apocalyptic world the resources are very scarce.


BUT What I denounce is that right now the PvP here is only an frag over frag and nothing.
This not only because there is not a valid PvE, but especially because those who make the pk has only advantages and no penalty.
A few stories and a few apologies. Those who take the road to outlaw it does for the benefit of wealth and power to get what they want without working. On the other hand, bears a series of negative consequences and penalties. For that, not all take the path of outlaws. Either because they're not bad or because they are not capable, or there are those who test fails to survive long enough to make a name (precisely because there are negative consequences and penalties).
