i agree with Surf example.
There should be a posibility of do RP in-game, it isnt impossible, you can RP in all places, you only need imagination, stuff like 20 guys in the Maltese Falcon typing ".edrinks" sounds weird.
what about a ghoul pk wich is killing near NCR and is talking about his history to his victims?
and if there is a hidden treasure in the wastes and the instrucctions to get there are hide in a Holotape left in some hide place, or in some merchant?
Holotapes are good to tell storyes, we dont need superprojects to RP, we only need imagination, and players interested, AND DONT SACRIFICE THE NORMAL PLAYING IN PRO OF RP. you can be RP and be killer, pk, apk, suicide bomber, etc. exept pwnzor obviously.
Anyway that is not what Surf says, but his proposition sounds nice to me, it maybe is a waste of time, or maybe is a good RP project (at last), but there is only one way to know it.
