But if we make all the zones available for PVP, then there would be only chaos...
And...?

What "And...?" ???

Chaos is baaad, 'mkay? If everyone kills everyone, then the playercount will be 0 (or 1-2, cuz 2 little noobs want to find each other to kill the other one)

Don't say that it's not annoying when you make items and all, go to a town (ie.: Junktown), and a guy immediately kills you with all the good stuff you have. I'd permaban their mother, too

if everyone kills everyone i'd probably move back to fucking about with my space marines once again, have a lovely colection of them about all in all 30 000 points of adeptus asartes spread out over 4 chapters (imperial fists, black templars, relictors, and ultramarines)

Chaos isn't bad, it's good; it's the way the world works.

Other than that, Junktown is guarded, you shouldn't be bringing anything you can't afford to lose into town, suicide bombers are hilarious, and--most importantly--if you're the kind of person who would, given the power, perma someone who kills a character in a guarded town, I'd say this game probably isn't for you.

Also, Dark Angels ftw.  ;D

Is there a possibility of playing in FOnline in single player like Fallout 2? Whether, if all the necessary files have been released it can be to play each other on this engine in single player?

It would only be possible when the server software is released. But it doesn't make much sense.

I don't understand the question.

He's looking for a Fallout 1 or 2 Mod which turns the turn-based combat into real-time combat, like it is in FOnline.

Such thing will never be and I would be disappointed, if such thing might exist.
