I suggest:
-to add some positive effects to the booze like bear, Rot Gut and so on(like drunk master perk in Tactics) such as melee skillz bonus(e.g. +10 to unarmed&melee weapons OR +1 to STR)

Write down your Pro & Contra's, please

Cocain:
apply the same bonuses alcool have in fallout tactics

kraskish:
gamma gulp beer should give you +1 light radius (if it doesnt now :P).

sander:
Actually +1 to light radius is not a benefit. Enemies will have less chance-to-hit panalty, shooting you at night.
