need help please....

so i joined the enclave to get lvl 3 armor and i have 180 repair skill but i dont have the 7 str special requiment so am i screwed when it comes to this or is there another way to get the 1 more point i need please someone help cause i realy dont want to have 2 use a perk just for that :(.

Even if you will be addicted, it's not that critical, because it's no permanent. ;p
