the first thing you learn about media is that it's all fake, there is no such thing reality tv. The colony is an example of how to portray a post apocalyptic "survival" documentary...

too true it wouldn't be called a show if it was real, it would most likely be followed by the news if it had a decent amount of reality in it, there are plenty of semi-barren islands to conduct an experiment, but then there's the geneva convention stating explicitly otherwise... I hate humanity, they make rules against war, and allow demonstrators to kill off the fur industry violently while most of the animals live far healthier than they are...
