Clarify ban reason

Goodie:
Dear game support team,
I was banned with reason "using third-party tool", but i can't understand what exactly prohibited tool i use.
I run TLA client updated from 2238 server under wine and same client under WinXP, play from two different IP
at day and at night, and have two account in game(only one was banned). I read rules again and not found any rule which i broke.
My account name "Goodie", hope for your help.

Thank you for your attention Sir Izual, i dont use any program except wine for run and with run game.

Maybe if you shared that now banned account with someone who used the cheat, that could be the reason.

Sir Ned Logan i do not share my two accounts with anyone. Before ban i correct logout from my account and dont play two days.
