Hi, first I want congratulate Cvet and all Developer team for make this incredible game and make it better every day, Im playing a lot of time mmo games and i never have seen something like this!
I have readed the game is actually in Open Beta 3 and my question is what will happend with our characters when this open beta end.. it will be deleted or not? And when the game will be finalized we have to pay something for play it??

Yes, accounts are deleted from time to time  .

And when the game will be finalized we have to pay something for play it??

All we know is:

We are working in our free time on FOnline, we don't get paid and FOnline will never become pay-to-play. But running the server costs money. So, if you like the game (TLA or 2238) and would like to support us, we would be very happy if you could donate some money to keep the server running.
