I can confirm this.
My build is low on luck but does good repair, equal to a 6 LK build pre-wipe.
It also doesn't seem to have any effect on the chance of breaking a toolkit.

Luck didn't affect repair pre-wipe either.

Wichura:
So I need to boost my repair up to 180% and check if it's enough. I had 200% before the wipe, but it was pure-crafter char.
Cool, moar skill points to put somewhere else, FA for example.

zato1:
if you have repair skill go over 300 like sneak does, you need a reason for it. like, something awesome for 300+ repair only. 390 sneak makes it so at all directions you have maximum stealth (min dist. = 3 hex away from target), where i can assume 300+ repair would only be a waste. 300+ repair could temporarily make something BETTER than what it was when you got it, like a .223 pistol goes from 25-30 to 27-33 for 10% of its lifespan. that would encourage more power builds, but something else has to be done about that before we can talk about stuff like this.

Ganado:
What's the difference between:
"It looks pretty broken"
"It looks a little broken"

Which one can be repaired, which one is worthless (too many broken counts)?
