And you can't be sure that a quest you spent time for making will be added.
Atm. this tools are useless in my opinion.

This is by far the most stupid thing I have read since I am registred into this forum.
Congratulations.

This tool is not useless  :-X
It just "little" hard to use.

Just by reading attached .pdf and watching what buttons DialogEditor have, you have some idea what is needed to create simple quests. What demands you can set, what can be given as a reward and so on.

Point is, that even if someone actually know how to use DE look at this suggestion, it's totally useless for him, as there is not even general description how this quests have to work. What is required to start/finish the quest, what NPCs are needed, where to put them etc. Even if someone don't have technical skills, writing basic plot is always better than "add some quests". So problem is not in DE usage, but in quests suggestions threads construction. Including this one :)

Games are meant to be created, not played...

My crafter's the same way but uh... couldn't you just pop back some mentats and then do the quest? I don't see the issue.

Winners do use drugs, the Street Fighter II arcade machines I grew up with were all wrong Fallout and the Olympics showed me the truth, heh.
