urgent! - bomb shelter

Hi. I found an underground shelter with some nice stuff. Now I don't want to miss anything. Someone sent me this link:

Does anyone know what the circled things inside the rooms on the left might be ?

also, key 112*** ( 6 digits ) is for use inside the underground shelter or can I use it outside the game somewhere ?
