Jet addiction accident

Anyone out there with an addiction to most in game drugs? I would like to see a build with a buffout, mentats, jet, etc addiction
Since we are on the topic of jet addiction addicents. What are the benefits of using Jet x2 and the negative effects from withdraw? I know that any shitty build can be useful if addicted to drugs so lets try to encourage this guy into keeping his char instead of deleting it...
