I don't remember exactly, but do this: in fationRESOLUTION.ini ctrl+f -> chatbox, or in defaultRESOLUTION.ini do ctrl+f -> chatbox (or just box or chat)

EDIT: this -> factionRESOLUTION.ini check it for your resolution ;)
