I was in vault city inner city with daypass. Some dude steals it and I didn't notice. When he tries to get close to me again I start running away because I'm thinking he's a scammer or thief. He's running after me and shouting something like "No man wait!" I run towards the gate, get shot for not having a daypass and drop a ton of stuff. The same dude picks it all up and explains to my dead body: "I stole your daypass but wanted to give it back, that's why I shouted to you". So I get back to vc, the dude gives everything back and is actually really sorry for what happened. Lol all he wanted was to fool around a little.

Another case goes back to the times of rednick flagging. So there's a rednick standing in the ncr scrapyard and I'm thinking hey free kill. I torch the guy with flamer, but didn't notice there is a hidden brahmin behind the junk props. So the dude didn't even die and town guard blasts me.

This one is also from the rednick era. I come to junktown, see a dude with red nick written in caps. I immediately shoot him, get blasted by town guard and realize that the person was just shouting.

I was crafting with my brah in ncr. I got tired of speaking and bartering my stuff back and so forth I just decided to steal the stuff from the brahmin. Of course I get caught and town guard shoots me.

The moment I noticed brahmins can throw plasma grenades.

sorry if i offended the masses with a tale of pvp and looting, i don't know what its like to be a carebear and for that i am truly sorry.

i just want to say though, rofl @ avv's story :P i'm not that nice and i'd be thinking, "best day ever!"

just earlier today I was hunting caravans and npc's when some guy came in to crash my raiding. Though I had a minigun and he spawned next to me ... so rip. But then rollback ... meh. All items back to where they were ... then I came back to hunt again. He came again and died a second time, but this time I don't think there'll be a rollback. Pretty stupid of him.
