4. Run around screaming lololololo with 301% sneak at night.
5. I ran in once, not carrying anything knowing I don't want to give them anything if I die, top right of BH, sneak peak around the corner, 2 guys waiting there, so I head back to the north east exit, I run past some guy in a CLJ carrying a sniper rifle probably, I quickly say "They want more ammo", he says "k", a few meters later, stops, and sorta goes "Hey, wait a minute.."..
6. Take 3 plasma grenades to the face while running, around a grenadier in a circle, live and walk straight out.
7. disguise myself during a town take over, wearing a combat armour and using a plasma rifle, they didn't notice till I was sneaking out, made it out anyways.
8. Left a few cow shits in a smilie face formation outside the mine.
9. Hide inside the building outside the mine entrance, someone enters, killed them with a sledgehammer, I shout "I GOT THE FLAG", unfortunately I had the pleasure of being minigunned for 200 out of god damn nowhere.
10. No one has replied to my super secret radio channel that I left there :<
11. Run around shouting lolololo (Very effective when there's only a couple of guards, Sir Hubertus the asshole in particular), If there's only a couple, they have to run around from exit to exit, it gets super funny when you leave them condoms.

aw man makes me wish I had a high sneak character, how did you get him such high sneak?

Moo:
Ghost gives you 30%+ in dark places, so technically only occurs at night or within mines, silent running is also really useful.

Other than that, 10 agility, 10 intelligence and put as much as possible into Sneak. It took me ages to get to level 21 even then its not worth it since your instantly detected within 3 hexes, and it was a melee char (Which is pretty bad in itself as anything other than a ripper sucks badly) and there are quite a few people in BH who have high perception and use sniper rifles. I don't go there anymore since I don't use my energy char that often and have just under 1000 mfc anyways.

Lacan:
since last wipe, ghost is a permanent +30% to sneak skill. a must have !

Oh god, I love that, I decide to use a sniper rifle for once on my new small guns char, after deciding level 16 is enough.

First encounter, press gang, I go turn based since I'm fucked otherwise, I magically spawn inside a building, basically the turns are taking freakin' ages, thats understandable sometimes the ai acts up but then I see out the window lasers and rockets flying all over the place.
From that instance I know I'm for some fuck. So 7 minutes later and waiting, while being attacked by 2 press gang melees.

I realize, I'm against a 6 man polish pimp squad all in Brotherhood armor with energy weapons, P90's, rocketlaunchers, laser gattlings and most of them on drugs, or atleast one was.

Rape, yay.

Moral of the story, San Fran is full of shit.



EDIT: I went back to broken hills. Even though its owned by an "Anti PK agency", still, I brought a laser pistol incase.
 
Irritates me still, no matter how lucky I am.

Crazy:
We are not owning the town right now (since this morning in fat)... Watch your pip boy before going in town next time... (and anyway, we surely can't secure all the town 24/24, even when we have the town...)
