I just recently found out that this Mod exists and instantly pulled out my old copy of Fallout 2 and installed everything. So far , so good.
Essentially this is the game i wanted to make for years, the whole freedom in this game and fraction play is awesome and like a dream for me.
I`m actually open to make a new character for you and what you need i will become, hopefully ^^ i just want to have a good time online, and not being shot every 5 minutes by some pk dude.
So if theres anyone here whos either just like me  a beginner who wants to experience the game with people, or somebody who can help me get into a community, with mic / TS2 , and become a part of a faction.
Honestly, i dont want to give away any data about your/my faction, im not a traitor, as im really looking forward to have that rich experience of teamplay. I`m german, 19 years old, looking for a english speaking clan, highly open to various ethics and peoples thoughts. I hope that gives a objective picture of me, im really not a dumbass and grew up with things like fallout series, diablo, elder scrolls and FF 1-9.
For now, im searching for different new builds and getting a feel for the game. Its deffinitely hard for beginners whose f2 last play is 8 years ago, and its much different.
So , here i am, please, i want to rock so hard in this game

You could also join Dead Frontier's "The Judgement Day Club." We are a neutral faction that focuses on hunting, mining, and crafting. Town Control is not something we go out of our way for, but we've taken Klamath for a whole hour!  We're also Fallout vets and can help you get ready for the wastes. However, we are a -5 Gmt (Most of us) English and French speaking clan.

If you aren't looking for to join us, you could always hire a Player Merc for a while (see M.E.R.C post) who will help train you in the ways of the wasteland. Since your a noobie you won't get charged a single cap.
