My two cents on this...

First off, having a character named hitler is offensive, and i wouldn't mind GMs deleting accounts after warning the player that they will delete it, and telling them to hide their items first if they are respectful about it, or at least not overly disrespectful.

Second, "Dead Baby" is valid to a point, i can think of one of the moronic "dead baby jokes" right off the top of my head, and thats probably where that comes from... as for naming your character "fuher"... "Gruppfuher" ring a bell? i've seen people with real german army ranks as names, also. When talking about Hitler, he was called "The leader" or "My Leader" if spoken of/to. if some one said "sturmfuher" he'd likely be talking about the leader of a assault force, not hitler back in WW2. at least as far as i've understood it, if anyone has vaild information saying other wise feel free to correct me.

Third, Names having cuss words, or other wise offensive words in them like "Fuck" should be allowed i think, i don't like them but i don't feel you should shoot people for being slightly stupid either.

Fourth having a language filter for names when you don't have one for words is some what pointless. i've seen a russian guy who liked saying "fack US!" in shout just to piss off US players so they'd attack him in NCR. no matter what you do people will always be stupid unless you knock the player count down to about 50 mature people, and even than you'll still have people who get bored like me and end up insulting some one
