anyway it is not so difficuld and can be reached without 10 int and god dammed “skilled”

and no science =(

If you're trying to make your thief be able to do more than just stealing, 248 is fine, really, since you have Pickpocket.
In case you are still in doubt, I suggest getting Educated at level 6, and then Toughness x2 at level 9, because Dodger perk is almost useless against other players.

also it is possible to take perk "thief" at 11 lvl (i'l have 100 melee and 185(+-5) steal at this lvl)
