PE or outdoorsman activates senses in a cave

I thought that while in a cave some char with high PE or big outdoorsman skill a character would hear critters (and what critters they are) in the cave
There should be some levels like:
<PE5 hear nothing or outdoorsman 100% - you hear nothing
PE 6-7 or outdoorsman 100%-150% - you can tell if the cave is inhabited (a message at the entrance)
PE - 8-10 or outdoorsman 150% + - you can tell if humanoids or animals are living in the cave (a message at the entrance)

With 10 PE you and lets say 150+ outdoorsman once you enter cave you could see:

''You hear humans''

I think hearing would depend on PE, ok. But I think it was falloutish when when you entered some area you saw some description of the place like "you notice some rocks arent from here" (just example) hmm maybe the binocular option from right click menu should give you such info like "you see remains of deathclaw poo" or "you see some shotgun shells scattered on the floor" and about hearing hmm... maybe it should work while the enemy is near you like PE 8 would hear the enemy within 20 range radius, so like "you hear someone grunting/reloading a gun"

Absolute yes, I hate constantly travelling through entire cave just to be disappointed over and over and then surprised by deathclaws and killed.
