Sniper / Medic build please Help

well, i realized im happy with my build ,  3 str is to low i think, since u get addiction modifier -1

so 2 str + w.handling will be 6str +(w 2 jets and addiction) for handling guns, ( enuff for all small )
and bonus rate of fire is needed here too it seems to get the extra aimed off?

anyways, i have 1 lvl 21 fail allready and this one is lvl 19 so no way im starting over, so im convincing myself its good :)
