Good Luck surviving , when not only the earths surface is destroyed (like in a nuclear war), but when the earth itself just cracks and blows up. There is not a single chance in surviving a major asteroid impact. If it's size goes over a certain number, we are fucked. :)

1.Jupiter, the vacumegravity cleaner of out solar sistem whill suck everything is veary big in his orpit or im himself
2.The asteroide belt:it will stop a lot of big asteroides
3.The Atmospere:will stop all the asteroides

and all this are natural defences, tohning made by human, haha, got you whit this 1 Surf!!!!

That's true. But some asteroids (if they are big enough) either dodge Jupiters gravity, or get in its own "satellite" system (Europa etc).

Same like in point 1 - if they are big enough, the asteroid belt is more like mosquito stings to the huge aseroid.

It's actually quite thin and never could "defend" against a class A celestial body (planet like "rocks", huge ass asteroids etc.)

Also, there is not really a way invented by humans to stop such a thing. You didn't got me on this one, but the discussion is interesting. ;)
