edit: nah.. dont seems so if ya talk about first shot.. hell..
seriously, you shoot them as first, then chat with them on ground and if they don´t see the reason for your action you kill them?

sorry there was a lack of situation definition on my side.   :-\

i do the same with guys from my blacklist, for sure.
most of them are above 150 hp anyway
but i never talking with them or even looking for repentance in a raiders face...
all of that guys on my list had killed one of my brothers in the past.
they deserve bullets... no conversation... *some kind of cheap roleplaying*
