it ain't a wasteland with the current volume of crap in it, in fact, we have evolved to the point of being able to eat kevlar for dinner, therefore making food completely unnecesary, before you go about speaking about the wasteland you have to think what a wasteland is supposed to be like...

I for one thought the waterbags were used in keep yourself hydrated when i first saw them. Turned out to be fuel for cows and low hp restorers.
