If i buy a old bunker base from wally in necropolis, where it should be spawn in world map? Near hub?

Vandal:
I got problems with buying a old bunker base, i got money and 3 players following me and the wally is saying that i need all my members to be following me in my group otherwise they wont count as followers wtf is this some sort of bug?
