I didn't say it affected PE. I said it affected PE just for terms of finding sneakers. It doesn't add anything to your FoV. People say that the Stealth Boy is not working properly, which would just be a bug. Motion sensor might not be working either, but that is how it should work.
(Someone would need to compare using the Motion Sensor on someone that is sneaking and compare it at same distance/direction when the motion sensor is not being used.)

I've done it, it doesn't work ;p
falloutdude:
is bonus rate of damage +2 per bullet or just for attack and if it is per burst how much more dam is it doing on adverage.
