the wiki on banks looks fine to me, if you thought opening an account up in NCR and trying to access the money stored from say hub or sf then you should know now that they aren't linked and you need to open up an account at each respective bank you want to store money at.

Also What should one tag Outdoorsman for maximum effect? im currently at 70 with it,should I take the perk survivalist for equal 95%, or just add skill points?
