is there a way to get rid of the leader of a faction if they do not come? on because am the only one that has is playing the faction am in and am sure everyone has quit playing so is there a way i can delete them from faction computer and put myself as leader am a important member if that helps any.

Just claim leadership in miscallaneous section of terminal.

If you are an "Important member", you are able to claim leadership. Once you claim it, you have to wait one in-game day, and then you can Confirm it. Just try it.

I want to buy some Brahmin Hides in VC and i have read (in topic containing some hints for beginners) that the guy who sells it is called cassidy an he is supposed to be Courtyard but I cant find him... I checked whoile location including bar and there different bartender.

Is Cassidy in the citizen area of VC ?

Or was he deleted?
