I wanna create a grenadier-demolition expert. Should I increase my LK, or I can set LK to 1 and be OK with that?

Can someone say to me what that "minimum ST requirement" means with weapons?
It effect somehow to failures or shooting range?

Example rocket launcher got 7 ST requirement and one guy say in wastes that i should take atleast 8 ST, but i don't understand why.

Minimum ST requirement means that with this ST you will shoot without any penalty. If you don't have recommended ST for your weapon you will get a 20% penalty to your skill level for this kind of weapon. Example: your ST is 6, your Big Guns skill is 180%. Required ST for rocket launcher is 7, so you get a 20% penalty to your Big Guns skill. 180% - 20% = 160%.

how can I raise my rep (other than waiting)? I have -1101 in junktown and this obviously poses a problem since the scouts shoot at me in encounters.

Try trading a whole bunch with their traders.

Easy is to take screenshot with game own screenshot utility F3 on keyboard.
And then you can write what you see in picture or show only picture.

For faction names when buying bases I simple mark name on wiki or thread, press CTRL-C then swap to Fonline and press CTRL-P to paste text into the "say" box.

I have 8 AP. Bazooka shot costs 7 AP. I hav 1 left - can't reload. meaning I can shoot only once per 2 rounds in TB. If I take quick pockets perk - will it make reloading cost 1 AP?
