Actually: lockpicking and stole a car is very easy, but make a key is impossible... Weird. Particulary that be able to make key would be very usefull.

Been trying to page for a gm with +requesthelp for the last 2 days nonstop almost and haven't gotten lucky enough to find one.
My supermutie is still out in the wastes somewhere :/

Try it in the evenings, GMT times.
Roughly 9 PM and later.
A good indicator is checking the forums to see if one is logged on.
