25% - 13 minutes
50% - 7 minutes

Either that's incorrect or there's a bug in the game.
My alt with 41 FA has a 7 minutes cooldown, an alt with 14% has 25 minutes.

Do you really believe i would have posted that without first double checking numbers, and then checking once more?
Also is no bug, 41% is 7 minutes, closer to 8.  and 14% is 24 minutes

You could have been wrong or posting old info.

I read your post as starting from 0, starting from 25, etc.
