Well people can play with different .dat files because they have different Fallout versions, first I had russian version so I used rus master and critter, but there was something lack, now I use full eng master/critter version, bth worked fine before and now, so I don't know what wrong can be.

maybe he just do wrong package...
remember to check when you pack files with dat explorer to check if it work normal or not (on nma or somewhere was program "Dat Repairer" to repair dat explorer packages)

Ironically, the stored archives on NMA (or 3d gamer) are broken. Could you perhaps upload the utility, if you have it?

you must launch it from cmd (windows+r then cmd then C: then DatRepairer.exe or where you have it..)

I have a question:
Does the Ranger Perk really gives a chance to find "special' encounters and do they exist at all? Or is it better to take the survivalist perk for 25 outdoorsman instead of 15%?
Also, which perk is best taken at lvl 6: Educated, Survivalist, Ranger or Swift Learner? Or any other perk is better?
