No, that's how you get cigars.
Tabacco itself isn't implemented yet, but will be available in an unguarded town in a tabacco plant (probably working like fiber), as said many times in these threads.

Is there any way to raise Repair outside of leveling? If I have to raise my repair by reaching another level (I just leveled up, it's 1 SP away from armorer 2!), I think I might just kick this character to the curb.
