Build Recomandation, Slaver Sniper

Does anyone have an Idea about a Slaver Sniper? I mean realy!!! These two are not realy cool together, Because as I know Slaver requers high CH, so anyways. Have any Ideas

OR! Something better then Slaver Sniper?

Sniper needs much of PE and Slaver needs CH so... it little hard :P

Because there just isn't enough special points to be a good sniper and good slaver
