You can't make copies of keys. It has been suggested while ago but no answers.

New Reno. Elroy, right? Bring him key and like 1,000 caps, probably more. He'll make a copy, afaik.

Man, I wish he was called Elroy. That's way better, and less HEE HEE WE PUT A DEVELOPER AS A CHARACTER IN THE GAME.
