So I'm trying a doctor build, and wondering if its possible to use meds or drugs on other players. First aid and Doctor are nice and all, but having to wait for cool down seems to relegate the class to mere pacifist crafter. Can I stimpack other players? does it require permission? do we have to be members of the same faction? what about NPCs? can I "euthanize" npc guards with super stim overdoses without agro'ing their buddies? can I buff my friends, or do I have to trade/drop meds for them, and if I can buff them, will they suffer after effects or addiction?
