How to improve relationships with Fortress ?

Have you actually let him kill you? This would probably be the first thing I'd try. Let him rage, and then go back.

He did kill me once. Do you really want me to try again ? Looks like never will be enough for him. Think there is another way to sort it

If you play a female character, you can use a condom on him. The screen does the fade out fade in thing and he will be content again.
