Question/Suggestion;
I have heard that it is possible for PC's to be transformed into ghouls due to excessive yet non-leathal doses of radiation.
if this is not the case my suggestion would be to make it possible.
most likely it would;
be incurable by death
add positive karma towards Necropolis, Gecko, Unity, Remnants etc.
incur hate from Vault City, NCR etc.
possibly lead to a few small quests and more interaction with necropolis
possibly justify a parallel quest ending in being transformed into a supermutant.
and im sure there are plenty of other loose ends to discuss regarding this

It "Temporarily" was enabled/possible. But that was quite a while ago i believe.
