Greetings, I would like to get some information about avaliability of traders and which parameters govern it.

My Charisma is 3. This may be the issue.

Traders in Klamath (all except for Vic) and mayor of Modoc tell me that I am a bad man and they do not want to talk to me. Notice: my karma is 0, but I have 150 rep with slavers because of the starting quest.

What's the problem here? Also, while I start a new thread, I tried to name it the way it may hold other questions about traders not talking to you.

On level 2? No. Probably others stats are important too? Like, my low endurance?

low charisma cant say that your bad person without illegal action. i gusse..about that LIL' relation ship with slavers.
you shouldnt have done the quest of slaver dudes. they are bad, ah..who said it?...ah!...our friendly guide book.
