update problems

i cant seem to be able to update the game clinet
i got the fallout 2 game
and set the master file and critter file
and everything but when i start the upload it doesnt do anything
it just sits there saying it is downloading fonline.exe size:997kb and its just stuck
can anyone help me?

sadly thats not it
my internet works better than fine
and its pretty fast but it just doesnt update

Reinstall game and try again or allow FOnline.exe to use internet (using windows firewall)

i opened it on my firewall it has full interent access but it still doesnt work
