More damage to tommy gun.

Soon as 3d era will be implemented. If you mean beyond-fallout guns - nope.
And Solar, ok I agree with you, but theres something just wrong when you compare 10mm smg and tommy gun, namely their range: 20 (10mm smg) and 16 (tommy gun) and tommy gun is a two-hand weapon :/
