Caravan usefulness solution.

We could always give caravans another feature to make them more worthwhile :P.

Since no matter your charisma if you have a caravan you can take 9 or 10 other players right?

Well what if we made it where you could assign followers to caravans?  This would free a slot for slaver or other Leader characters but it couldn't be overspammed because parking lots are generally small so there wouldn't be enough space or it'd be extremely crowded and frusturating anyways.

Along with the caravan already being assigned npcs you can also bring other players or another squad of followers.

Besides, Caravans were aimed generally toward Leader characters anyways right?
