we have laser/plasma weapons but we use a WW2 radio wich need a hand just for HEARING it. i believe it should be possible to craft it, uprade a radio with and then having the ability to use this radio from the inventory.

Only if it stays on death, then. Can be, like, an upgrade to your basic blue suit or to your pip-boy.

or an upgrade of the armor. but it would give more work to implement it. i don't know the mechanism used and if it's possible to make a radio usable from the inventory. anyway, it would be a nice new feature and certainly give a new life to radios.
