Yes, merc/slaves are bugged and ruin the whole utopia. No, the GMs can't do anything, you will have to wait for developer fix which could take months.

as Tomowolf said, The Village is closed to applicants, Current Citizens will still be able to come of course, but as of right now, we need to bulk up on our defence, any unawnsered applications will ether be ignored and deleted, unless they were already accepted into the village and have yet to be added. im sorry everyone, but the Village is Closed to Applicants till futher noticed.

Thanks to LeMark and his boys - with their help i bought super mutant merc for out Village - they are the best - very big thanks :D.
BTW Due to rollback we have our slaves back too - check your shelfs etc.
