I think the point he's making is that that sort of "fun" is not welcome in Gray Rock, so the people who engage in it aren't welcome either.

And I think the point he is trying to say is that Tommy wouldn't try to ruin this when he has NCR anyways.
Although I don't know for sure... Better safe than sorry I guess.

KainBG aka Cristian rings any bells? That guy is one of them, he was pking in BH and Geko mine and then shited in the players mouths or calling them noobs ( when you kill a guy and then offend him with things like that, your parent should leave you near a road. i never understood those guys maybe you just need stupidity to get it ).
So, i've seen you with this guy a few times, still, i think we all know a few guys like that. I wasn't acussing you of nothing, but you proved again your lack of sense of humor... Don't be so defensive!

I am just saying he is a nice guy, i am not trying to get him in the village... Of course, this behaivour will not be accepted inside of the village, wich I totally aprove. It's main goal is to be a safe place.
