I also know Lommy Tau, and he does all those things but he does that just for fun, he is not a bad guy, actually he is a funny guy. Only gangs (and we know wich) are treathening this village's future.
Metzger scares me, not Lommy. He has some retard friends ( the ones that kill low level players for fun, not for loot ), still, i never seen him doing that, so i don't want to accuse him of something. ( and he has no sense of humor )

Just to say if this clears anything up....
One day, out of the blue he sneaks up next to me and whispers: "I have you redtagged now" and he ran off.
I tracked him down maybe 5 times and asked him why but he just keeps ignoring me. :-\

i absolutly don´t know what you are talking about, seriously.
you have to check your friends on that teaparty where someone told you that.

i said this because lommy put a bomb in a newbis inventory (something like 30hp and holding a shouvel) the newbis don´t know what´s happend and die the worse way. you come 2 min after that to the ncr and go to hunt with him,
so i tagged you red. also i know you are often in vault 15 with lommy. some people told me that you and lommy was killing in vault 15.
thats simply good bad or ugly rules. dont means i will kill everything whats red when i can.

and i just ignore you after i tagged you red for laughs and hunts with him. where is the failure?

I tend to tell him not to do that newbies but I guess he ignored it and did it anyways..... I never seen him do that but that doesn't mean you should red tag me just cus I went hunting with him :/.
About being in V15, that is the biggest load of crap I have ever heard, I only went with Lommy AND TheGhostBG to get some electrionic parts once and that is probably the only time I've been to V15 with purpose other than an event gathering or to look at that barrel made art some GM made.
