Well ummm right now as a non permanent solution we have 2 mercs right at the side of the hex where you can go through door
meaning that even if you are sneaking, you will be seen by this 2 mercs cause you will be passing at less than 1 hex from them.

Yeah.. but they have no ammo - due to shootin to frikkin cows !!!..
And thiefs can also be "citizens" so beware - i got stolen - i took now my all items from there and i wont come in before it wouldnt be cleaned from it.
