sneak was brought back b/c preview has been turned off during TC
I think picking up items while sneaking should be possible, but it should depend on your steal skill, that way we might actually see thieves in unguarded towns.
Best idea ever.When in sneak picking shit up should depend on steal skill.But taking those points out to put into Steal might also make it unbalanced because both are very nerfed skills unless boosted to the extremes.
In fact this is not a good idea, every pvp faction have more than 5 alt sneaker with more than 297 in sneak so...

When you take loot, such as BA or miniguns, you got huge sneak malus, and easy get killed by snipers. Why to add another one ? It will only contribute to kill the whole sneak feature imo.
Don't you have to wear/hold them to get the malus ?Maybe it's normal to be unable to see sneaker chars, Shangy... Well, like I said, it seems thats sometimes we have few David Coperfield Clones on the battlefield, and it's kinda...annoying.
It's not ridicilous. If you see items and see that they dissapear you should see who take them (unless we are playing some game with fantasy, magic elements).Sneak should be used for recon, avoiding fighting or quick precise strikes with plasma grenades (it sounds ridicilous but whatever) not for looting. When I look at formula (http://www.fo2238.fodev.net/wiki/Sneak - I think it's up to date) it makes me laugh how you have 330% sneak in middle of nowhere (I bet sneakers dig under the ground quickly) and 380% close to barrel and penalty for carried in inventory equipment is laughable too. It should be changed on longer run but for now we have very easy hot-fix and from what I see mostly people that use sneakers for looting are against it (same it was with other unbalanced things in FOnline).
